Instruction for Exam Suprintendent:-
- Exam Superintendent should ensure fair and smooth conduct of exams.
- One class IV person needs to be deputed at the floor for providing the requirements and one for water facilities.
- Centre superintended & Assistant Superintendent should carefully, read, understand & implement all the guidelines.
- Question paper packets, Answer sheets, additional sheets, graph papers, maps, thread & additional material should be ready one day before the exam.
- Duty chart for invigilators should be ready one day before and get it signed by Senior Authority.
Instruction for Invigilators :-
- Invigilators should report 15 min before the exam time in exam hall and collect the answer sheets, question papers, additional stationary for their room after signing their duty on duty chart.
- Invigilator should instruct the condition to the candidates to fill the required information of the main answer book.
- They should give 15 min time to students for reading question given in exam, if he/she does not know the answer, it should be mentioned there in the space left for it.
- Invigilator should sign the answer sheet with date of every candidate after all the particulars filled by students.
- Number of copies should be tallied with the number of students before leaving the exam hall & letting the students go out.
- Invigilators are not to sit on chair during invigillence duty.
- After the completion of exam the invigilator has to carry the left over sheets & other material with Answer sheets to the examination room.
- Invigilator must collect & compile all the sheets (Roll.no -1 to last Roll.no) & submit to the exam incharge.
- For checking of answer sheets invigilator should keep one copy of question paper related to the subject with each bundle.
Instruction for teachers-
- 2-cycle tests and 2 Summative assessment & 4 formatives will be taken from I-X and one mid summative will be taken in the month of December.
- According to the marks distribution of timings. I-V (25m)- 50 min. VI- XII (50m)-1hr30min.
- No writing marks will be allotted in the marking scheme in summative assessment.
- Comparison of marks of marks—C.T to C.T & Sem. to Sem.
- Absentees on orals/MCQ without information will strictly be marked as ZERO. Incase of application Average marking will be given by omitting the maximum marks from the sum total. (Do inform exam. In-charge about absentees)
- If the class has two sections, then separate question paper will be made.
- Teacher should ensure the availability of question paper while taking answer sheets for checking.
- Teachers have to submit the report of checking answer sheets by 3rd day.
- Teachers can take the bundles of answer sheets home or can check them in the library.
- Upto class II all the question papers will be checked by Mrs. Narula Mam.
- Upto class V all the question papers will be checked by Mrs. Sangeeta Taneja.
- From VI onwards by HOD’s
- Invigilation Duties is compulsory for all (including in-charges).
- Incase of faulty behaviour of candidate examination In charge or P.T.I should be informed.
- Furniture incharge should arrange the furniture one-day before the exam, according to the seating plan.
- Award list which is to be submitted to class teacher should be Roll no. wise and the descending order list should be kept with the subject in charge. Average % should be mentioned in each list.
- Final deposit of the question papers on or before the last date should be by wing-in charges.
- As per the CBSE rules there is some change in report cards, only Grades is to be mentioned in report book of the student upto X and for the record of the marks a separate file is to be maintained which is to be collected by examination in-charge.
- Class teachers and subject teachers have to maintain record of their class & subjects in separate registers.
- Break-up & areas of formative assessment will be decided with H.O.D.
- Formative exams will be taken in the month of May,aug,Nov& Feb. In their own periods.
- Result of Formatives will be given with C.T and Term assessments.
Instruction for students-
- No student is allowed to sit in the examination hall without admit card.
- No extra reading, writing material should be with the candidate.
- Students should bring their own water bottle.
